A Technical talk on “VM-ware and Linux Platform” conducted for CSE students on 07/01/2021 by Er. Mahantesh Padache, IT Project Lead, L&T Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru.

Electronics & Communication Department, KLECET, has grabbed the "Best Project of the Year" Award by Karnataka State Council for Science & Technology (KSCST), Bangaluru which was held online on 6th August 2020. 
The title of the Project was "Line Follower Smart Dustbean" and the project has been developed and presented by Miss. Sneha Undri, Miss. Priyanka Janamatti, Miss. Manisha Mirji and Miss. Soumya Dinnimani under the guidance of Prof. Vanita Abbigeri.
The ECE department did this achievement 4 times successively.

Celebration of "Teacher's day" at KLECET on the eve of Bharatha Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli radhakrishnan, Birth Anniversary who served the nation as 2^nd President of India.

Inauguration of Incubation Centre in association with Smart Innovations India Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, in our institute today. An opportunity for our students to work on live industrial projects on our campus.

Celebrated "National Sports Day" today in our institute, on the eve of birth anniversary of Hockey Legend Major Dhyan Chand.

A Webinar on "FUTURE PROSPECTS OF GREEN FUELS" was organized today by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, in view of "World BIOFUEL DAY 2020: Biofuels towards Atmanirbhar Bharat".

Webinar on "Maths Tricks in Competitive Exams" was successfully conducted today in our institute. The students and faculties from various institutes have participated.

On the occasion of our Honorable Chairman Dr. Prabhakar Koreji's 73rd Birthday Celebration, KLECET Chikodi organised Tree Plantation Program. In the presence of Shri. B.R.Patil, Member,Board of Management KLE Society Belagavi, Dr.M.T.Kurani Retd., Life Member KLE Society Belagavi, Dr.Prasad Rampure Principal KLECET Chikodi, Dr.Bharati Patil Principal KLE CBSE School , Ankali, Prof.U.R.Rajaput Principal, B.K.College Chikodi , all other Principals of KLE constituent Institutes in chikodi and Staff members.

During this program 75 trees were planted in our campus and 25 trees were planted in KLE School, Chikodi campus.

KLECET organized One Week FDP on "Reforms in Engineering Education & Accreditation Process" from 22nd to 27th June, 2020. Chief Guest & Resource Person: Dr. Basavaraj Katageri, Principal, KLESCET, Belagavi.

KLECET Chikodi as a Part of Joint Environmental Mission (JEM) Student Exchange Program By KLE's International School, Belagavi organised a Tour for Buckingham Friends School, USA On 02/12/2019.
Tour Team visited Bio Diesel Production Laboratory & Project Exhibition at KLECET Campus & also we arraged to Visit Bagmane Green Sloar Power Plant, Hirekodi & Doddannavar Wind Power Division, Jainapur.

International Day of Yoga is commonly referred to as Yoga Day, is celebrated annually on 21^st June since its inception in 2015. An international day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on 11 December 2014. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice attributed mostly to India. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his UN address suggested the date of 21^st June, as it is the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and shares special significance in many parts of the world.

The idea of international Day of Yoga was the first proposed by the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi during his speech at the UNGA, on 27 September 2014.

The 3rd International Day of Yoga - 2017 has been celebrated in our college by the Staff and Students.
