To strive for addressing grievances, if any of students and staff in judicious and timely manner.
- To foster a harmonious educational environment by promoting open communication and fairness.
- To uphold the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere through promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student-teacher relationship.
- To strive continuously to generate an environment of cordiality in the institute.
- To provide effective solution to the student’s grievances with an impartial and fair approachand ensure the students and staff well-being.
- To encourage students to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
- Receiving grievances from students and staff through various channels through committee members, online form on website, e-mail and suggestion box twice in a semester, addressing the grievances and documenting it.
- Suggestion box is opened in the presence of at least a member/staff coordinator and a student.
- Convening the meetings to discuss grievances as and when required and ensure timely resolutions.
- Evaluating complaints and providing recommendations to the aggrieved ones.
- Maintaining records of grievances received and resolved and reporting outcomes to institutional authorities to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Committee operates with confidentiality.
- Grievances are received from Staff/Students through the Committee Members/Mentors/ Class Teachers, Complaint/Suggestion Box and Website
- Grievances are discussed in the meeting.
- Timely solutions are provided to the aggrieved ones.
